JAKARTA: An Indonesian convict got away from prison by putting on a lady's Muslim shroud, makeup, and shades and exited past clueless gatekeepers, an authority said on Wednesday.

Anwar canister Kim A, who assaulted and killed a schoolgirl, made the intense breakout from a Jakarta jail by discreetly changing into a lady's outfit purportedly carried in by his better half when she went by amid the Muslim Eid occasion.
"The spouse gave him the lady's garments and he simply put on something else in the meeting room where all of the prisoners meet with their families," Jakarta police representative Awi Setiyono told AFP.
"He put on some lipstick and later left as a lady joined by his significant other and their two youngsters."
